Jp, Brandon, best people to go to when you come to Audi looking for a car. They made the process of getting into my 2022 Audi rs3 so easy and non-stressful. Also they worked some magic and was able to get me a huge discount on the car. Everyone at Audi is very humble and kind, they also care about your needs. Overall, they provide the best dealership experience you could ask for. This was our second leasing experience with them. During our most recent lease, the team was professional, considerate of our time, transparent, and truly took care of us from start to finish. They were genuinely excited for us, which made getting the car feel even more special. Wei and John went above and beyond. John had actually helped us with our lease three years ago, so there was already a foundation of trust, and that trust only grew stronger this time. Leasing here in Hawaii, they carried the true aloha spirit with warmth, care, and sincerity. We'll definitely be back again!

Great experience here. Wei was awesome to work with, very professional and polite. He maintained interaction with my whole family during the entirety of the visit, even gave us a tour of the dealership while we were waiting. I have dealt with a good amount of dealerships from multiple brands , from low end to high end, and this is probably the nicest dealership I’ve stepped foot on, great place to be even if you’re just hanging out for service. I wish all dealerships were like this one.

Recently bought a used 2015 Audi from marketplace and it needed some work done. Had it towed into Audi and everyone was very kind and helpful. Especially Rickie!
